• Twinly beta form: your name, email address and what you would mainly use Twinly for.
• WhatsApp: when you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, discuss your project, and, for the Twinly beta list, to contact you about Twinly. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in this website’s database on our hosting provider’s servers. Only Text Tech Solutions staff can access them.

Cookies and third-party services

This website uses essential cookies needed for it to work. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when you visit. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Hugging Face take you to services with their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work, and beta signups until the beta ends or you ask us to remove you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent through this website by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Twinly

The Twinly browser extension will have its own privacy information describing how it handles your documents and what is sent to an AI service to draft answers.
